Current Covid-19 Policies

  • We will only have one client in the spa at any given time. Appointments will be limited to four per day allowing for ample time to thoroughly sanitize and prepare for each session.

  • We are utilizing a 70% alcohol solution with organic essential oils to sanitize all surfaces as well as ourselves between each service.

  • Our spa is equipped with Medical grade HEPA air purifiers in each room. They completely clean the air in the space within each 30 minute cycle. 

  • Everyone will be required to answer and sign a COVID-19 related intake form before every appointment.

  • All therapists will be required to wear a mask during service. We request that all clients arrive wearing some form of face covering, and we strongly recommend that you utilize it during your treatment, as well. We will have masks available. (Covering may be removed when lying face down for treatment.)

  • We request that you utilize our hand washing station upon arrival to the spa, and it is also available before you leave for your convenience. 

  • We kindly request that you contact us to cancel your appointment if you or anybody in your household is feeling sick. 

  • Contactless payment is available and encouraged. 

  • We will continue to evolve and adapt with your safety and best interests in mind.

Cancellation & Refund Policies

A Credit Card is required to book all appointments online and over the phone. This Credit Card is used to hold your appointment, and it will only be charged if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without charge up to 24 hours preceding your appointment. Same day cancellations and changes will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. If you do not call to cancel your appointment and do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged full price for the scheduled service.

Refunds will not be offered for services provided, gift certificates, memberships or products purchased. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you are in any way unhappy or dissatisfied with your products or service, please give us the opportunity to discuss your concerns.

Special Instructions

'IMI OLA MASSAGE CURRENTLY OPERATES BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.

 

We are located in The Tiffany at Maitland West apartment building. Enter through the Leasing Office on the Northwest corner of the building (where the roundabout is located), and continue through the Clubhouse, past the elevators to the Spa on your left, located across from the Gym. The front door requires a key fob for security. If there is nobody seated at the leasing office front desk, please call or text the spa phone (407-698-5511) in order to gain access to the building. We are typically available to open the door within 15 minutes before your appointment. **If you are using Apple Maps, you may be directed to the neighboring apartment complex. Be sure to go to The Tiffany at Maitland West to find us.

We are a cashless facility, and we do not keep cash on the premises. If you desire to pay with cash, we will not be able to provide you with any change. This policy is for the safety of our staff and clients. Thank you for understanding. Cash tips are accepted, but your therapist will not be able to make change.
